By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge that AEI Consulting will process the personal data provided by you, including your name, company, business sector, telephone number, email address, visit date and approximate visit time, for the purpose of managing your registration and participation in Open Day Italy–Libya 2026.
The data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian data protection legislation.
The data will be used to:
- manage your registration and attendance at the event;
- communicate with you regarding your participation;
- organise B2B meetings, where applicable;
- manage the collection of the tasting voucher;
- ensure the proper organisation and administration of the event.
The registration data will be stored and managed using infrastructure provided by Aruba, in accordance with applicable data protection and security requirements. Aruba’s main hosting services are managed within its European data-centre infrastructure.
Your personal data will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
You may exercise your rights under the GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, objection to processing, by contacting AEI Consulting.
